Bathroom Improvement

I was gonna use a white paint with a hint of yellow in it. I thought it would look lovely, really clean and fresh, certainly an improvement on how it is now anyways which is just plaster! BUt my mum said when she had white tiles she hated it because it reminded her or a public loo.

What is your opinion?
I mean white tiles and white paint with a hint of yellow in it.

Im re doing my bathroom .I have stumbled across this and think its fab but Im worried it might be tacky .I will use the gold mosaic in the shower and the rest white tiles .Do you like it ??

What my problem is, I am working on a small bathroom, and was using the 1sq ft stickable tiles. Everything looks good except I am about 3 tiles short, and the store I have bought them from doesnt have any more, and doesnt know how to order them. What Im looking for is a good website to look over and see if someone carries my design. Any help would be great!
