Bathroom Improvement

1. A new roof? I have some minor leaking.
2. New siding? The old is aluminum but looks decent.
3. A new bathroom? the current one is old but clean except for old tile.
4. New blacktop driveway and sidewalk? The old is cracked but functional and would cost about double the other 3 at $8-10k.
I’m tempted to go with the roof.
This house is otherwise immaculate for being 85 years old. New kitchen, hot water boiler, painted inside, vinyl windows and resurfaced hardwood floors.

Hey everyone, i am decorating my Bathroom and My Bedroom, here’s some info about the two.

Bathroom- White walls, beige tile, beige/white counters. BTW. i want some FUN, COLOR FULL colors! Nothing beige or white
Bedroom: Yellow Walls (pale yellow) Orange and pink comforter, and pillows, Pink and orange curtains, brown wood daybed, also my desk, and dresser are brown wood.

Okay so the tile in the apartment bathroom is kinda brownish with some old design, the bathtube, toilet, and sink are YELLOW! not a big yellow fan or white accessorys in bathroom does anyone have anyother ideas for color schemes or themes? pictures would be helpful thank you! also the base to the sink is brown and white also not very attractive! HELP PLEASE!

I am doing some DIY in my bathroom. My ex wasn’t a bundle on home improvements so the bathroom has only been decorated once in 20 years; even then, it has not been stripped right back…until now!

I am finding all sorts of things but my question is about a bowed wall. The wall is uneven - it bows outwards slightly. Not much but, because I want to partially tile the wall, it needs fixing. It’s a partician wall, partly made of plasterboard, partly made of wood (I kid you not!). Not particularly well made either but there you go!

What is the best way to even this wall up? (And please do not suggest expensive wall replacement - I am on a finite budget and cannot afford to do this!)…

Right now I don’t really have a theme in my house. We have italian paintings hanging up but it’s not me at all. I’d rather do a southwestern theme possibly. But besides all that, I love warm colors.

My kitchen is red - pretty bright red too. Right now my living room is off-white. So is the small half bath in there. I’d like to do something fun with the bathroom, maybe paint a pattern or texture in there. What colors should I paint the living room and bathroom? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
Also, FYI the carpet is light beige and so is our tile. Everything in here is neutral besides the red kitchen and I want to make it more “homey”.

We’ve recently remodeled and added onto our house. We’re almost ready to paint the new bathroom. It’s a nice sized bath w/ a whirlpool corner tub and a vaulted ceiling. We chose grey tile and kind of want to use black and white for accessories/decorating. Any ideas on what colors would go w/ the walls? I like all kinds, so any ideas are good. If you have pics I would love to see them! Thanks!

e.g; color for kitchen, bathrooms, and living room. Should I use tile or stone in the batroom. Can you give me any creative ideas?
money isn’t an issue, I can afford whatever I want, that’s why I’m having my dream home bult=)

Or do you still need to put that fibroboard first…..?
