Bathroom Improvement

I’m using paint specially designed for high moisture areas such as bathrooms. Should I use the same paint for the walls and celing?

Does anyone know of a ceiling paint that would avoid moisture affects to the ceiling? Our bathroom is getting mildew from the steam from the shower. We even have 2 fans in there. One in the center of the room and 1 over the shower. It hasn’t helped?

We want to avoid ripping apart the celing and starting over so trying to find a solution before it’s too late.
